A domain controller cannot be located.


A call to the underlying directory service resulted in an error.


This exception will occur for any of the following reasons.

  • siteName is an empty string.

  • flag contains an invalid value.


siteName is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).


The object has been disposed.
