TimeSpanValidator Constructor (TimeSpan, TimeSpan, Boolean)

Note: This constructor is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Initializes an instance of the TimeSpanValidator class based on supplied parameters.

Namespace: System.Configuration
Assembly: System.Configuration (in system.configuration.dll)

public TimeSpanValidator (
	TimeSpan minValue,
	TimeSpan maxValue,
	bool rangeIsExclusive
)
public TimeSpanValidator (
	TimeSpan minValue,
	TimeSpan maxValue,
	boolean rangeIsExclusive
)
public function TimeSpanValidator (
	minValue : TimeSpan,
	maxValue : TimeSpan,
	rangeIsExclusive : boolean
)

Parameters

minValue

A TimeSpan object specifying the minimum time allowed to pass validation.

maxValue

A TimeSpan object specifying the maximum time allowed to pass validation.

rangeIsExclusive

A Boolean value specifying whether the validation range is exclusive.

The TimeSpanValidator constructor checks both the minimum and maximum TimeSpan values, as well as whether the validation range is exclusive. When the rangeIsExclusive is set to true, the TimeSpan value must not be between the minValue and maxValue.
