Creates a FixedPoint structure with the specified fixed-point value.

Parameters

value
Type: System.Int32
The value to use.

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DirectX.Direct3D.FixedPoint
A FixedPoint structure.

Remarks

Value will be treated as a 16.16 fixed-point number. For example, FixedPoint.FromFixedInt(65536) is equal to 1.0f.
