Converts a Decimal value to a String value, using the specified number format.

Type: System.Decimal

The decimal value to convert.

Type: System.Globalization.NumberFormatInfo

The number format to use, according to NumberFormatInfo.

Type: System.String
The String representation of the Decimal value.
