Represents the configuration of the data buffer used to store information logged by the DiagnosticMonitorTraceListener.

The BasicLogsBufferConfiguration class derives from DiagnosticDataBufferConfiguration and adds the ScheduledTransferLogLevelFilter property of type LogLevel.
