Loads the XML referral element into the current Referral object.

Parameters

    The XML element to be loaded.

Exceptions

Exception type Condition
ArgumentNullException

element is null or is not defined in a referral statement.

ArgumentException

The LocalName and NamespaceURI properties of element are invalid

ReferralFormatException

RefId , For , If , or Go is null .

-or-

Either both the Exact and Prefix elements of For are present, or both are null.

-or-

Exact or Prefix element of For has invalid http or https scheme.

-or-

The Ttl sub-element of If is negative.

-or-

The Value sub-element of Via is null or has invalid http or https scheme.

-or-

RefId is equal to a Uri in the Rid child-element of the Invalidates sub-element of If.
