Represents a timestamp placed in a SOAP message header.

Remarks

On outbound messages, a Timestamp represents the time the message was sent and the expiration time. On inbound messages, it stamps the received time, checks for expiration, and adds the delay.

When an expired message is received, WSE automatically detects it and sends a fault code back to the sender.
