GUID_VSStandardCommandSet97 cmdidOpenWith handlers should pass this value to the OpenStandardEditor method to get the Open With dialog, in this case populated with possible LOGVIEWID_Debugging debugging views which map to the same view as LOGVIEWID_Code.
