TypeInfrastructureManager.ProxyResolve Event
This API supports the Visual Studio Tools for Applications infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
Occurs when an add-in or host application receives a RemoteArgument that must be converted to a proxy object.

Remarks
