Parameters

hdc: Type: System::IntPtr
[in] Handle to the display context in which to draw the ToolTip window.

prc: Type: array<Microsoft.VisualStudio.OLE.Interop::RECT>^
[in] Specifies the bounding rectangle for the ToolTip window.

Return Value

Type: System::Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
