Unregisters a buffer.

[in] Pointer to the IVsTextBuffer interface that is being unregistered.
Return Value
Type: System::Int32If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

All buffers must unregister with the text manager service to cancel receiving messages, such as change notifications.
