Validation rules are executed just after the request is complete. These rules are intended to verify that the request not only returned a valid HTTP response, but the contents of the response matched the expected result.
Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
