ControlStates Enumeration

Enumerates the bitwise combination of flags that indicate the states for a control.

This enumeration has a FlagsAttribute attribute that allows a bitwise combination of its member values.

NoneThe control has no state setting.
UnavailableThe control is not available.
SelectedThe control is selected.
FocusedThe control has the focus of the keyboard.
PressedThe control is pressed.
CheckedThe control is checked.
MixedThe control is a tri-state check box and is in a mixed or indeterminate state.
IndeterminateThe control is a tri-state check box and is in a mixed or indeterminate state.
ReadOnlyThe control is read-only.
HotTrackedThe control is hot tracked, such as when the mouse hovers over the control.
DefaultThe control is in a default state.
ExpandedThe control is expanded.
CollapsedThe control is collapsed.
BusyThe control is busy.
FloatingThe control location is not fixed to the boundary of its parent control and does not move automatically with the parent control.
MarqueedThe control has scrolling or moving text or graphics.
AnimatedThe control has animated graphics.
InvisibleThe control is not visible.
OffscreenThe control is not on screen.
SizeableThe control is sizable.
MoveableThe control is movable.
SelfVoicingThe control uses speech to describe itself.
FocusableThe control can receive the focus of the keyboard.
SelectableThe control is selectable.
LinkedThe control is a linked control that has not yet been selected.
TraversedThe control is a linked control that has been previously selected or traversed.
MultiSelectableThe control can have multiple selections.
ExtSelectableThe control is extended and multiselectable.
AlertLowThe control has low-priority information.
AlertMediumThe control has medium-priority information.
AlertHighThe control has high-priority information.
ProtectedThe control is password protected.
HasPopupThe control displays a pop-up menu or window when it is invoked.
InvalidThe control is not a valid control.
RestoredThe window is restored.
MaximizedThe window is maximized.
MinimizedThe window is minimized.
NormalThe control is in a normal state.
