Notifies the VSPackage that a window is being resized.

Parameters

x: Type: System::Int32
[in] New horizontal position.

y: Type: System::Int32
[in] New vertical position.

w: Type: System::Int32
[in] New window width.

h: Type: System::Int32
[in] New window height.

Return Value

Type: System::Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
