Parameters

pOpenFileName: VSOPENFILENAMEW[]

[in, out] A VSOPENFILENAMEW structure that contains information used to initialize the File Open dialog box. When this method returns, this structure contains information about the user's file selection.

pszHelpTopic: String

[in] A string containing the help topic.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
