Parameters
dwCookie
Type: System.UInt32[in] Abstract handle to the client that is to be disabled from being notified of solution events.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

This is the same dwCookie passed in with the call to AdviseSolutionEvents.
