[in] A LCID value specifying the culture for which the string is valid. Supplying a value of 0 will select the LCID that the user selected when the application was started.

[in] The name of the resource.

[out, retval] Pointer to the resource.
Return Value
Type: System::Int32If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
