[out] Upgrade types specified by the __VSPPROJECTUPGRADEVIAFACTORYFLAGS enumeration. Only one may be specified.

[in] Location of the copy upgrade, or the backup copy location.

Return Value
Type: System.Int32If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
