IVsMSBuildHostObject::Init Method (IVsHierarchy^, IServiceProvider^)

Initializes a build host object.

Parameters

pHier: Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop::IVsHierarchy^
[in] A IVsHierarchy interface to the project.

pSP: Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.OLE.Interop::IServiceProvider^
[in] A IServiceProvider interface to the service provider.

Return Value

Type: System::Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

Remarks

Project systems are expected to call this method after calling MSBuild to build a target (real build or Intellisense build).
