Type: System::Booleantrue if blocks of code can be commented and uncommented with a single operation, otherwise false = commenting blocks in a single operation is not supported.
This property is associated with the registry entry EnableCommenting.
In the base method, even though this property can be set, the value is not written back to the registry.
