PenDescriptor Class

PenDescriptor class holds the PenStyleSetInfo for a class and an instance of the Pen described by that info (if it's already been created). The PenDescriptor is what gets cached for later use.

Public property Pen Gets a cloned instance of the Pen defined by this descriptor. If the pen has not been previously created, it creates it first. This is a singleton. Do not dispose - this will crash! Use immediately.
Public property PenStyleSetInfo Gets the Pen information for this descriptor.
