OnUserAddedItems Method

DataRepeater.OnUserAddedItems Method (DataRepeaterAddRemoveItemsEventArgs)

Raises the UserAddedItems event.

Namespace:   Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks
Assembly:  Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks.Vs (in Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks.Vs.dll)

protected virtual void OnUserAddedItems(
	DataRepeaterAddRemoveItemsEventArgs e
)

Parameters

e
Type: Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks.DataRepeaterAddRemoveItemsEventArgs

An object that contains the event data.

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.

The OnUserAddedItems method also enables derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors:

When you override OnUserAddedItems in a derived class, make sure to call the OnUserAddedItems method of the base class so that registered delegates receive the event.
