Used with the AssertionStatusItem.CompletionStatus property to indicate the completion status of the business entity assertion.

Member name	Description
Complete	The publisher assertion is complete.
FromKeyIncomplete	The party that controls the business entity referenced by the AssertionStatusItem.FromKey property has not yet made a matching assertion.
ToKeyIncomplete	The party that controls the business entity referenced by the AssertionStatusItem.ToKey property has not yet made a matching assertion.
