ExpandedChange Class

Internal class that represents a single change to be pended.

Each ChangeRequest produces 0 or more of these. Most of the relevant fields are in the change request, to which is reference is stored here.

This class contains fields specific to each file.

We used to create copies of the ChangeRequest for each file, but creating ExpandedChanges is cheaper because not all fields are copied.
