Gets or sets the Boolean property value that specifies whether the index allows row locks.

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean

A Boolean value that specifies the whether the index allows row locks.

If True, row locks are not allowed on the index. Otherwise, False (default).

When this property is True, row locks are not used. Access to the specified index is obtained with page-level and table-level locks.
