SqlExecutionModes Enumeration

The SqlExecutionModes enumeration contains values that are used to specify whether the commands sent to the referenced connection to the server are executed immediately or saved in a buffer.

Member nameDescription
CaptureSqlTransact-SQL statements that are sent to the referenced connection to the server are saved in a buffer.
ExecuteAndCaptureSqlTransact-SQL statements that are sent to the referenced connection to the server are both saved in a buffer and forwarded to the server for immediate execution.
ExecuteSqlTransact-SQL statements that are sent to the referenced connection to the server are forwarded to the server for immediate execution.

The SqlExecutionModes enumeration class is served by the SqlExecutionModes property.

This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework.
