Executables Class

Contains a collection of Executable objects. This class cannot be inherited.

Namespace:  Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.Runtime
Assembly:  Microsoft.SqlServer.ManagedDTS (in Microsoft.SqlServer.ManagedDTS.dll)

public sealed class Executables : DTSReadOnlyCollectionBase

The Executables type exposes the following members.

Public propertyCountGets the number of elements contained in the DTSReadOnlyCollectionBase instance. (Inherited from DTSReadOnlyCollectionBase.)
Public propertyIsSynchronizedGets a value that indicates whether access to the DTSReadOnlyCollectionBase is synchronized (thread-safe). (Inherited from DTSReadOnlyCollectionBase.)
Public propertyItemGets an Executable object from the collection.
Public propertySyncRootGets an object that can be used to synchronize access to the DTSReadOnlyCollectionBase. (Inherited from DTSReadOnlyCollectionBase.)

Public methodAddAdds a new container or task object to the Executables collection.
Public methodContainsIndicates whether the items in the collection can be accessed using the index as the parameter.
Public methodCopyToCopies the entire DTSReadOnlyCollectionBase to a compatible one-dimensional array, starting at the specified index of the target array. (Inherited from DTSReadOnlyCollectionBase.)
Public methodEquals (Inherited from Object.)
Public methodGetEnumeratorReturns an ExecutableEnumerator that can iterate through the Executables collection.
Public methodGetHashCode (Inherited from Object.)
Public methodGetType (Inherited from Object.)
Public methodJoinAdds an existing container or task object to the Executables collection.
Public methodRemoveRemoves an Executable object from the collection.
Public methodToString (Inherited from Object.)

All containers, including the Package, Sequence, TaskHost, DtsEventHandler, ForLoop, and ForEachLoop, have an Executables property that contains the collection of executable objects processed by the run-time engine during execution of the container. The order of execution of the objects in the collection is determined by the PrecedenceConstraints inherited and implemented by the containers. You can add tasks to a package and set their properties graphically using the SSIS Designer, or programmatically using the run-time object model to build the package in Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Visual C++, or C#. For more information, see Add or Delete a Task or a Container in a Control Flow.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
