ExportDeploymentPlanModifierAttribute Class

Represents a concrete classes implementing DeploymentPlanModifier must add the ExportDeploymentPlanModifierAttribute attribute to their class definition. This ensures they will be detected and available for use during SQL Deployment. DeploymentPlanModifiers require a unique ID which can be based on their fully qualified type name, or explicitly passed as a string.
