Objects of types derived from the BaseNumberField type are primarily used as the value of the FieldRenderingControl property of an SPField object or of a class derived from SPField.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
