A Microsoft.SharePoint.SPWeb object that represents the site.

Type: Microsoft.SharePoint.SPObjectType

A Microsoft.SharePoint.SPObjectType value that specifies whether the object is a list or a site.

The ID of the list or site.

Return value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the user has access to the site or list; otherwise, false.
