Document.DisableFeatures Property

 

Gets or sets a value that indicates whether all features introduced after the version specified in the DisableFeaturesIntroducedAfter property are disabled.

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean

true if all features introduced after the version specified in the DisableFeaturesIntroducedAfter property are disabled; otherwise, false.

This property only affects the document for which you set the property. Use this property if you plan on sharing a document between users with earlier versions of Microsoft Office Word, so you do not introduce features that are not available in their versions of Word.

Use the P:Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.Options.DisableFeaturesbyDefault property to disable in all documents features introduced after a specified version.
