Represents the method that will handle the BeforeCaptionShow event of an Action.

This type or member is intended to be used only in projects for the 2007 Microsoft Office system. Smart tags are deprecated in Office 2010.

The source of the event.

An ActionEventArgs that contains the event data.

When you create a BeforeCaptionShowEventHandler delegate, you identify the method that will handle the event. To associate the event with your event handler, add an instance of the delegate to the event. The event handler is called whenever the event occurs, unless you remove the delegate.
