Exceptions

ArgumentNullException

The value is null, or is empty.

ArgumentException

The value is greater than 256 characters in length.

Remarks

The name does not have to be unique. A FormRegionCustomAction can share the same name as a FormRegionCustomAction in the same FormRegionCustomActionCollection.
