SearchServiceApplication.GetRulesCount method

Retrieves the count of the SearchScopeRule objects defined for a specified SearchScope in the SearchServiceApplication.

public int GetRulesCount(
	int scopeId,
	out int statusCode


Type: System.Int32

The ID of the SearchScope.

Type: System.Int32

The status code of method execution, where 0 indicates successful execution, and 1 indicates that the Search scope with the specified ID was not found.

Return value

Type: System.Int32
The count of the ScopeRule searches that match the Scope.


ISearchSiteAdministrationServiceApplication.GetRulesCount(Int32, Int32)

This value of the scopeId parameter must not be null .
