The tracking mode is set on the Task Settings and Display page in Project Web App (http://ServerName/ProjectServerName/_layouts/pwa/Admin/Statusing.aspx).

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
