To see the settings for the global security permissions in Project Web App, choose Manage Users on the Server Settings page (http://ServerName/ProjectServerName/_layouts/pwa/admin/admin.aspx), select a user name to edit the user properties, and then expand the Global Permissions list.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
