Defines whether the team member, the manager, or both the team member and the manager receive this reminder notification.

Member nameDescription
OnlyToManagerValue=0. The reminder notification is sent only to the manager.
OnlyToTeamMemberValue=1. The reminder notification is sent only to the team member.
ToBothValue=2. The reminder notification is sent to both the manager and the team member.

The Notification.RecipientType type is used by the RecipientType property.
