Initializes a new instance of the UccOperationContext Class .

Remarks

This cocreatable class has a pubic default constructor that takes no arguments. An instance of this class is not ready to be passed as a context parameter of an operational method until it has been initialized with a call into Initialize. The operational context argument of an operational method can be null. This is acceptable when the client application does not require operational context.

A client should not instantiate an instance of UccOperationContext to pass as an argument unless it also creates context and an operation Id to be assigned to the UccOperationContext class instance.

The following example creates a new instance of the UccOperationContext class.
