UCC_TRANSFER_CONTEXT Enumeration

This content is no longer actively maintained. It is provided as is, for anyone who may still be using these technologies, with no warranties or claims of accuracy with regard to the most recent product version or service release.

Enumerates the IDs of properties describing an incoming session transfer request.

Namespace: Microsoft.Office.Interop.UccApi
Assembly: Microsoft.Office.Interop.UccApi (in microsoft.office.interop.uccapi.dll)

public enum UCC_TRANSFER_CONTEXT
public enum UCC_TRANSFER_CONTEXT
public enum UCC_TRANSFER_CONTEXT

Member nameDescription
UCCTC_TRANSFER_PROGRESS_NOTIFIERThe ID of a property of the IUccSessionTransferProgressSEnder type identifying the participant who notifies the transferring participant of the transfer progress.
UCCTC_TRANSFERRING_PARTICIPANTThe ID of a property of the IUccSessionParticipant type identifying the participant who initiated the transfer.

An application can determine the data type and accessibility as well as the applicable class of the properties defined by this enumeration using the UCC_PROPERTY_TYPE and UCC_PROPERTY_ACCESSIBILITY as well UCC_PROPERTY_CLASS enumerations. This enumeration type defines the IDs of the extended properties related to transferring a call to another participant. There are three parties involved in a transfer. When two participants (A and B) are in a call and A transfers B to a third participant (C), B starts the transfer process by sending C an session invite and follow up with ensuing negotiations with C until the call between B and C is established. During the transfer process, participant A can receive notifications of the transfer progress (the call statuses between B and C) if the application sets the transfer context to specify the transferring participant (A) and to designate a sender of the call statuses (notifier) as the transfer progresses. The notifier can be B or C.
