Encapsulates the underlying signaling channel between a pair of endpoints in an existing session.

An application can use this interface to obtain the existing communication channel between a pair of participants in a session to exchange custom information. The information is transmitted as a SIP (typically INFO) message and represented by an IUccSignalingMessage instance.
