	Bias	Gets and sets the time zone offset in minutes from the Greenwich Mean Time.
	DayOfWeek	Gets and sets the day of the week when the transition between the standard time and daylight savings time takes place in this time zone.
	DayOrder	Gets and sets the order of the DayOfWeek value in the month when the transition between the standard time and daylight savings time takes place in this time zone.
	Month	Gets and sets the month when the transition between the standard time and daylight savings time takes place in this time zone.
	Time	Gets and sets the local time in minutes measured from midnight.
