A free/busy information is a description of a user's calendar state for a period of time from a given starting time. The information is a base64 encoded binary blob. A user's free/busy information can be displayed as "free now, busy at 3PM" if a user's calendar shows no appointment from now until 3 PM when a meeting is scheduled. This interface is used to describe the FreeBusyInformation property on an IUccPresenceCalendarDataInstance object.
