Gets an XPathNavigator object positioned at the root node of the underlying XML document of the form that is currently being merged.

Type: System.Xml.XPath.XPathNavigator
An XPathNavigator object positioned at the root node of the form.

The Xml property allows you to access and manipulate the source XML of a form programmatically. After you have set a reference to the returned XPathNavigator object, you can use any of its properties and methods to access and manipulate the source XML data of the form.

This property can be used only during the Merge event.

This member can be accessed only by forms running in the same domain as the currently open form, or by forms that have been granted cross-domain permissions.

This type or member can be accessed only from code running in forms opened in Microsoft InfoPath Filler.
