Gets an enumeration of all the registered properties for the given Type.

Parameters
- ownerType
- Type: System::Type
Type whose properties are to be obtained.
- includeBaseTypes
- Type: System::Boolean
Indicates if a search of properties is to be performed in base types.
Return Value
Type: System.Collections.Generic::IEnumerable<GelProperty>Enumeration of all registered properties for the given Type.
