TextInputPanel.InPlaceVisibilityChanging Event

Occurs when the in-place Input Panel visibility is about to change.

Namespace:  Microsoft.Ink.TextInput
Assembly:  Microsoft.Ink (in Microsoft.Ink.dll)

public event EventHandler<InPlaceVisibilityChangeEventArgs> InPlaceVisibilityChanging

The following two examples show how to use InPlaceVisibilityChanging.

The first example attaches an InPlaceVisibilityChanging event handler, tip_InPlaceVisibilityChanging, to the TextInputPanel object, tip.

tip.InPlaceVisibilityChanging += new EventHandler<InPlaceVisibilityChangeEventArgs>(tip_InPlaceVisibilityChanging);

The second example defines an event handler for the InPlaceVisibilityChanging event where the Visible value is used to set the TextBox.Text property of a TextBox, outputTextBox.

void tip_InPlaceVisibilityChanging(object sender, InPlaceVisibilityChangeEventArgs e)
{
    outputTextBox.Text += (e.Visible ? "Panel is Visible" : "Panel is not Visible") + Environment.NewLine;
}
