TextInputPanel.InPlaceStateChanged Event

Occurs when the in-place state has changed.

Namespace:  Microsoft.Ink.TextInput
Assembly:  Microsoft.Ink (in Microsoft.Ink.dll)

public event EventHandler<InPlaceStateChangeEventArgs> InPlaceStateChanged

The following two examples show how to use InPlaceStateChanged.

The first example attaches an InPlaceStateChanged event handler, tip_InPlaceStateChanged, to the TextInputPanel object, tip.

tip.InPlaceStateChanged += new EventHandler<InPlaceStateChangeEventArgs>(tip_InPlaceStateChanged);

The second example defines an event handler for the InPlaceStateChanged event where the NewState value is used to set the TextBox.Text property of a TextBox, outputTextBox.

void tip_InPlaceStateChanged(object sender, InPlaceStateChangeEventArgs e)
    outputTextBox.Text += "In Place State Changed to " + e.NewState + Environment.NewLine;
