TextInputPanel.InPlaceSizeChanging Event
Occurs when the in-place Input Panel size is about to change due to user resizing, auto growth or an input area change.

The following two examples show how to use InPlaceSizeChanging.
The first example attaches an InPlaceSizeChanging event handler, tip_InPlaceSizeChanging, to the TextInputPanel object, tip.
The second example defines an event handler for the InPlaceSizeChanging event where the values contained in the InPlaceSizeChangeEventArgs object are used to set the TextBox.Text property of a TextBox, outputTextBox.
