TextInputPanel.InPlaceSizeChanged Event

Occurs when the in-place Input Panel size has changed due to a user resize, auto growth, or an input area change.

Namespace: Microsoft.Ink.TextInput
Assembly: Microsoft.Ink (in microsoft.ink.dll)

public event EventHandler<InPlaceSizeChangeEventArgs> InPlaceSizeChanged
/** @event */
public void add_InPlaceSizeChanged (EventHandler<InPlaceSizeChangeEventArgs> value)

/** @event */
public void remove_InPlaceSizeChanged (EventHandler<InPlaceSizeChangeEventArgs> value)

In JScript, you can handle the events defined by a class, but you cannot define your own.
Not applicable.

The following two examples show how to use InPlaceSizeChanged.

The first example attaches an InPlaceSizeChanged event handler, tip_InPlaceSizeChanged, to the TextInputPanel object, tip.

tip.InPlaceSizeChanged += new EventHandler<InPlaceSizeChangeEventArgs>(tip_InPlaceSizeChanged);

The second example defines an event handler for the InPlaceSizeChanged event where the values contained in the InPlaceSizeChangeEventArgs object are used to set the TextBox.TextTextBox.Text property of a TextBoxTextBox, outputTextBox.

void tip_InPlaceSizeChanged(object sender, InPlaceSizeChangeEventArgs e)
{
    outputTextBox.Text += "New In Place Size is " + e.NewSize.Width + "x" + e.NewSize.Height + Environment.NewLine;
}
