IScheduler Interface

Defines the methods used to schedule and manage the jobs and tasks in a compute cluster.

Namespace: Microsoft.Hpc.Scheduler
Assembly: Microsoft.Hpc.Scheduler (in Microsoft.Hpc.Scheduler.dll)

'Usage
Dim instance As IScheduler

[ComVisibleAttribute(true)]
[GuidAttribute("21BF1489-8526-4D0E-8524-7AC6D9D4A629")]
public interface IScheduler : IDisposable
/** @attribute ComVisibleAttribute(true) */
/** @attribute GuidAttribute("21BF1489-8526-4D0E-8524-7AC6D9D4A629") */
public interface IScheduler extends IDisposable
ComVisibleAttribute(true)
GuidAttribute("21BF1489-8526-4D0E-8524-7AC6D9D4A629")
public interface IScheduler extends IDisposable

This is the primary interface that you use in the Microsoft.Hpc.Scheduler namespace. To get this interface, use the new keyword to instantiate a Scheduler class object as shown in the following example.

    IScheduler scheduler = new Scheduler();

After creating an instance of this interface, call the IScheduler.Connect method to connect to a cluster. You can then create and schedule jobs, run commands, and retrieve information about nodes in the cluster.

You must dispose of this instance when done.
