Contains the data that is needed to initialize a new record from an existing record.

Gets or sets the logical name of the target entity.
Gets or sets which attributes are to be initialized in the initialized instance.
This message works regardless whether the caller is connected to the server or offline.
Privileges and Access Rights
To perform this action, the caller must have privileges on the entity that is specified in the TargetEntityName property and access rights on the record that is specified in the EntityMoniker property. For a complete list of the required privileges, see InitializeFrom message privileges.
